Ik vond dit ergens nog op een blog wat betreft de verhoudingen cement/zand.
I can share something from my experience in hollow block making.
there are 2 methods of chb making.
1. manual labor with Module form.
2. chb machine manufacturing
A. Bob is right, usually 2 to 3 person can make chb for about 50 blocks to 70 per 8 hour working schedule.
B. Ratio of making depends on strength
a. using 1:15 ratio, which means 1 bag of cement and 15 measuring box of clean sand. In these, you can produce at least 20 to 25 blocks using both method, actual strength may vary from 600 to 700 psi.
b. using 1:20 ratio, which often used by manufacturers. You can produce at least 30 to 40, but I will not recommend this, if you will investigate this are the type of blocks for non structrural use, meaning you can use this for side fence.
C. Price depends on Material availability, quality, transport.
