You'll never believe it, but in the Netherlands you can graduate from highschool with an average GPA of 1,5 (nl 5,5) and for the mathematic test with a lousy GPA of 1.0 (nl 4,5) And these figures are also the minimum admission requirements for a Dutch college school.
