Wat betreft de rijkste Filippinos zijn er elk jaar wel enkele verschuivingen.
Waar Lucio Tan (Philippine airlines) enkele jaren terug nog bij de top 3 behoorde is hij nu terug gevallen naar plaats 11. Ook opmerkelijk is dat de rijkste Philippino niet langer Henry Sy is maar die tittle komt nu toe aan de kinderen en kleinkinderen van Henry Sy.
