Urgent : Emergency blood donor


Dear all,

A Belgian citizen has to undergo emergency surgery in Cebu.
He is O- and the hospital needs blood urgently.
There seems to be a problem as O- can only receive from O- (see attachment) and we only have a few O- blood donors in Manila and in Davao, not Cebu.

If you would have a O- blood donor available in Cebu, they might want to consider contacting our Honorary Consul in Cebu:
