Hier is een ex huishoudster die een aantal jaren met een blanke leefde en twee kinderen had......... :jajaja:

Man kocht land op haar naam en bouwde daar 4 apartementen op met een 50 jaar lease op de naam van de blanke........ :jajaja:

Inkomen apartementen per maand (2x15000) + (2x12000) = 54000 pesos

Ze had al problemen met hem en ik zei dan ga je maar naar de DSWD voor hulp...... :jajaja:

Ze kreeg NIHIL van de inkomsten van de apartementen............. :run: :run:

Ik vertelde haar ook betreffende een artikel in de Family Code (art. 147) waarin omschreven staat dat in geval van ongehuwd samenwonen als zijnde echtgenoten dan zijn de inkomsten en andere bezittingen 50/50.......... :jajaja:

Ook de apartementen komen dan voor 50% op haar verlanglijstje al staan de apartementen op naam van de blanke...

Maar veel blanken vertellen dat niet (veel weten het zelfs niet)....want dan heb je kans dat ze leeggemolken worden door de partner of de familie.... :lachen: :lachen: :negatief: :negatief: :run: :run: :run:

Nu zijn ze een paar weken geleden getrouwd voor de burgemeester van de plaats waar ze wonen (marriage in conjugal partnership) dus dan blijft het land van de  :smiley-philippines: vrouw maar zou ze ook recht hebben op 50% van het inkomen en onroerende goederen eigendom van de apartementen... :applaus: :applaus: :thumb: :thumb: :happy: :happy:........ :dollareyes: :dollareyes: :dollareyes: :dollareyes:

Ze nodigde haar famile uit de bergen uit voor de wedding maar die hadden geen geld genoeg om naar de bergen terug te keren......toen heeft ze van een ander geld moeten lenen want haar nieuwe blanke echtgenoot gaf het geld niet............... :lachen: :lachen: :negatief: :negatief: :negatief:

Wat voor een nationaliteit zou die man hebben?.... :lachen: :lachen:

Nu heb ik haar vandaag uitgelegd dat wat conjugal properties zijn....of ze het begrijpt?..... :weetikniet: :weetikniet: :weetikniet:

Art. 147 of the Family Code of the Philippines.

CitaatArt. 147. When a man and a woman who are capacitated to marry each other, live exclusively with each other as husband and wife without the benefit of marriage or under a void marriage, their wages and salaries shall be owned by them in equal shares and the property acquired by both of them through their work or industry shall be governed by the rules on co-ownership.

In the absence of proof to the contrary, properties acquired while they lived together shall be presumed to have been obtained by their joint efforts, work or industry, and shall be owned by them in equal shares. For purposes of this Article, a party who did not participate in the acquisition by the other party of any property shall be deemed to have contributed jointly in the acquisition thereof if the former's efforts consisted in the care and maintenance of the family and of the household.

MANU Diesel Fuel Pump Calibration Center......een zeer eerlijk man want hij kan je o zo makkelijk belazeren om te zeggen: "Sorry sir, we have to overhaul your fuelpump @ P8000 terwijl er maar iets aan de hand is hetgeen 600 pesos zou kosten...

Ik heb zulke (kleinere) windhozen (juiste naam?..) af en toe ook gezien ten noorden van Siquijor..........maar die verwenen na een minuut of zo....
