Dear Sir, Madam

We would like to request you hereby very kindly to observe and take immediate action regarding the situation as  herein  described:

We are regular church visitors at our Chinese Church on Dr. Vicente Locsin street in Poblacion Barangay 4 in Dumaguete City.

During our visits to this church we park our cars on the left and right side of the street.

Whenever the church mass is finished we prepare to go home and enter our cars wherever these are parked.

For those people who had parked their cars on the opposite site of the street beside the residence which comes with number (4) at the gate (formerly owned by a certain Mr. Noel), these people have a hard time entering their vehicles because of all the dog fecal matters being washed away through holes in the party-wall directly onto the sidewalk beside the residence as described herein above. Twice someone had slided down already.

According to the law this is a clear example of a PUBLIC NUIISANCE as distinctly described in art. 694 Civil Code of the Philippines, and moreover a health hazard for not only the church visitors but also for the school children at the back of this church and  a very bad image for any tourist passing this sidewalk.

It looks like that the owner of the residence involved thinks he is the only one living on this planet?

In view of the above stated facts and information we would like to request you very kindly to take immediate action to instruct the owner of the residence involved to immediately close these holes in the party wall involved and to see to it thereafter that these holes will remain closed forever for the sake of public safety.

Er stonden veel van die planten langs het pad. Vond het zo speciaal een denneappel (mastetop) op een stokje dat ik deze foto's nam.
