CEBU - In front of Cebu Normal University, a 52-year-old Swiss foreigner stands with a bucket to sell his home-cooked munchkins.

Ulrich Notter has been selling munchkins for three years outside the different schools in Cebu City, after his wife left him while they were in Surigao.

Notter sells his munchkins at P2.50 each.

In a day, he earns about P300 to P400, just enough for food and rent for his house.

Notter said he doesn't want to go back to his home in Switzerland because he loves the Philippines especially the climate.

He said he dreams that someday he'd be able to manage his own canteen.
