"In den beginne" niet echt mijn ding, maar heb het gaandeweg leren appreciëren en kan er nu voluit van genieten : de heldere soepjes met stukjes vlees/vis erin, zeg maar de sinigangs en tinolas.

Heb deze keer naast een Tanduay Superior ook wat Ginebra meegebracht naar België.  Ik drink niet direct deze sterke dranken "puur", maar in een cocktail zijn ze onmisbaar.

Kape Alamid is gemaakt van de bonen die gevonden worden in de uitwerpselen van de civet kat.
Ik vraag me af wie zo iets ontdekt En dan van alle stronten ook nog kattenstront.
Een normaal mens blijft daar toch zo ver mogelijk vanaf dacht ik

Zijn we toch het tweede belangrijkste gerecht ( na rijst ) vergeten  , de pancit.

Hoeveel manieren er zijn om pancit klaar te maken weet ik niet, maar het zijn er vele.
