Mijn advocaat heeft het gefixt om een annulment te regelen voor een client zonder medeweten en aanwezigheid van de ex-partner.

Dit kostte totaal zo'n 150k pesos. Het is wel een heel lang proces en duurde zo'n 1,5 jaar.
De prijs is zo duur omdat z'n client een zware psychologische test moest ondergaan. De psychologische test kostte al 1/3 van de prijs.
Naar verwachting zal de pijs voor die test hoger zijn in de komende jaren.

Mijn annulment duurde 6 jaar
Mijn ex vroeg de annulment aan....



Het kostte mij ongeveer 40 duizend......(totaal)
Mijn ex vrouw liet van mij (toen zij de zaak aanspande) een psychiatric evaluation opmaken (en betaalde de betreffende psychiater behoorlijk onder de tafel) zonder court order zoals omschreven in rule 28 van de Rules of Court of the  ...

Die psychiater verklaarde mij als zijnde een GEVAARLIJKE PSYCHOPAAT..........

Tegen die psychiater ben ik nu aan het procederen bij de Court of Appeals in Cebu city nadat de PRC (Philippine Regualation Commission) in Manila de psychiater "beschermde" (je bent toch alleen maar een domme buitenlander)...
Ook daarna heeft de Medical Board of the Philippines in Manila de zaak onder de tafel geschoven ...en nu maar afwachten (wacht al 4 jaar).....
Dat duurt nu al in totaal ongeveer 8 jaar.............

Rule 28:
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL EXAMINATION OF PERSONS

SECTION 1. When examination may be ordered.–In an action in which the mental or physical condition of a party is in controversy, the court in which the action is pending may in its discretion order him to submit to a physical or mental examination by a physician. (1)

SEC. 2. Order for examination.–The order for examination may be made only on motion for good cause shown and upon notice to the party to be examined and to all other parties, and shall specify the time, place, manner, conditions and scope of the examination and the person or persons by whom it is to be made. (2)

SEC. 3. Report of findings–If requested by the party examined, the party causing the examination to be made shall deliver to him a copy of a detailed written report of the examining physician setting out his findings and conclusions. After such request and delivery, the party causing the examination to be made shall be entitled upon request to receive from the party examined a like report of any examination, previously or thereafter made, of the same mental or physical condition. If the party examined refuses to deliver such report, the court on motion and notice may make an order requiring delivery on such terms as are just, and if a physician fails or refuses to make such a report the court may exclude his testimony if offered at the trial. (3a)

Waiver of privilege.–By requesting and obtaining a report of the examination so ordered or by taking the deposition of the examiner, the party examined waives any privilege he may have in that action or any other involving the same controversy, regarding the testimony of every other person who has examined or may thereafter examine him in respect of the same mental or physical examination. Nee Rich, ik ga nog niet trouwen. k`Doe rustig aan, teveel meegemaakt. ~

Binnenkort ga ik weer naar en zie haar voor de 2e keer.
Ze werkt in Singapore en haar contract is eind januari afgelopen en gaat terug naar de

Nou dan zal ik zeker verkeerd gelezen hebben maar je bent nog wel een gevaarlijke psychopaat dan..... want dat probleem is nog niet op gelost.
Als je zo iets op je bord krijgt hoe moet je je dan wel niet voelen Lijkt me vreselijk. Ik bedoel ik ben een gevoels mens en dat zou als een zware last op mijn schouders blijven rusten.

Zoals ik.....ik verloor de anullment (gebaseerd op art. 36 Phil. Fam. Code) en dan MAG IK NIET MEER TROUWEN...Dit schrijf jij in dit topic. Maar nu begrijp ik dat jouw verzoek geweigerd werd en dat van jouw vrouw gehonoreerd ook onder art 36 fam code? Dus dan zou je nooit neer hier mogen trouwen?
