List of foreigners with approved visas can now be accessed online

The Bureau of Immigration (BI) said the list of foreigners with approved visa applications can now be accessed through their website.
Immigration Commissioner Ricardo David said the list can be viewed and downloaded at www.immigration.gov.ph.
David urged foreigners to file their applications personally to avoid becoming prey to the activities of unscrupulous individuals.
He also advised foreign nationals transacting at the BI to only deal with travel agents or lawyers duly accredited by them.
David said a list of BI-accredited travel agencies and law firms will also be available soon at the bureau's website.
BI records showed that there more than 400 travel agencies, consultancy firms and law offices are accredited by the bureau. - VVP, GMA News
