Ik kon het zelf niet zo snel vinden met de zoekfunctie tot ik me herinnerde dat eer in de tekst "Spanish" stond.

5 jaar continu wonen, Engels kennen en een lokale taal kennen. Dat laatste zal het lastigste zijn voor de meeste mensen.

Voor de  nationaliteit moet minimum 10 jaar hier wonen , dan moet je de Belgische nationaliteit afzweren....Dus antwoord : NEEN.
Kinderen hier geboren uit bv een  en een  kunnen wel een dubbele nationaliteit hebben .....Mijn kinderen hier BV. Dat brengt me op een vraagje , hoe gaat dat in zijn werk als ik met mijn kinderen naar  op vakantie ga ? Ze hebben allen een    en een  paspoort . Ben van plan dit jaar voor de eerste maal met hun naar  te gaan voor drie weken. Dat ik de goedkeuring van de DSWD moet hebben weet ik intussen al, maar wat moet ik voorleggen bij de immigratie of pascontrole in de luchthaven? Heeft hier iemand al ervaring mee

• Having honorably held office under the Government of the Philippines or under that of any of the provinces, cities, municipalities, or political subdivisions thereof;
• Having established a new industry or introduced a useful invention in the Philippines;
• Being married to a Filipino woman;
• Having been engaged as a teacher in the Philippines in a public or recognized private school not established for the exclusive instruction of children of persons of a particular nationality or race, in any of the branches of education or industry for a period of not less than two years;
• Having been born in the Philippines.

10 Jaar wordt gereduceerd naar 5 jaar o.a. als je getrouwd bent.

Dat wist ik niet , dat het nu vijf jaar is in sommige omstandigheden....

10 Jaar is de tijd vermeld in sectie 2.
Het artikel of de persoon die je informeerde, had blijkbaar daar gestopt. Sectie 3 zijn de uitzonderingen die de tijdspanne reduceren tot 5 jaar.

Als we ze nader bekijken:

• Having established a new industry or introduced a useful invention in the Philippines; Je moet een nieuwe industrie of uitvinding hebben.
• Being married to a Filipino woman; Dit is de eenvoudigste en courantste voorwaarde.
• Having been engaged as a teacher in the Philippines in a public or recognized private school not established for the exclusive instruction of children of persons of a particular nationality or race, in any of the branches of education or industry for a period of not less than two years; Internationale school die duidelijk les geeft aan "international standaards" en niet "international students". Dat de tuition fee bijna een miljoen peso is, is een detail.
• Having been born in the Philippines. Dit is, volgens mij, voor kinderen geboren uit een niet-Filipppijnse moeder.
