* Gun Toting Korean Nabbed.....in Dumaguete city

A Korean national is facing charges in court for violating Philippine laws, particularly RA 1866, as amended by RA 8294, of the illegal possession of firearms, as well as grave threats for pointing his gun at employees of a motorcycle dealer in Dumaguete.

The gun-toting Korean is identified as Kang Kyong Soo, temporarily residing in Daro, Dumaguete City, who got mad when a collector of Motor Ace called him early in the morning to collect his monthly amortization for a motorcycle he got from the motorcycle dealer.

The branch manager, Mark Percy Abjelina, is readying the charges against the Korean national for grave threats for pointing his gun to him and his employees and even slapped his face. After calling for help, city PNP chief P/Supt Crisaleo Tolentino sent his quick response team, and in minutes, subdued the suspect in possession of an unlicensed firearm. There and then, the Korean national was disarmed with his Para Ordnance Cal. 45 pistol with one magazine containing seven live ammunitions. He is temporarily detained at the city detention cell.jg

Dat komt misschien nog wel maar intussen zit hij dik in de problemen want hij zou een "hold to departure" order tegen zich kunnen krijgen als de "private" complainant dat bij de rechtbank zou kunnen verzoeken....

Ik denk dat een hold to departure nog het minste probleem is ?

Ik word liever de PH uitgeknikkerd dan dat ik 5 jaar de bak inga voor

- Mishandeling (de klap in het gezicht)
- Gijzeling ?
- Bedreiging met een vuurwapen.
- Illegaal bezit van een vuurwapen.

De omstanders hebben nu ineens last van post traumatische stress wat betaald behandeld moet worden

Nee, hier op de niet zo het geval...

Eerst de straf uitzitten en dan deportatie, maar deportatie is alleen maar het geval in bepaalde zaken zoals  hieronder aangegeven in de link:

Maar dan ook EERST DE STRAF UITZITTEN.............
In het geval van de Koreaan zo' beetje 22 jaar gevangenis in totaal........(ruw geschat)
