Heb je een Emigration Clearance Certificate nodig, en waar haal je dat ?

En vroeg me af of ik een dergelijk ECC nodig heb, als ik na meer dan 6 maanden inmiddels, een keertje terug ga naar Nederland ?
Ik heb ook een aanvraag lopen voor een 13A, mocht dat lukken, is het dan ook nodig ? Ik kan dat niet echt uit de tekst halen..
mag ik aannemen dat het antwoord op de 2e vraag zal zijn : dat haal je bij de BI ?

    Who should apply for an Emigration Clearance Certificate?

ECC has two (2) types, ECC –A (also referred to as regular ECC and ECC-B.

The following foreign nationals must secure an ECC-A prior to their departure:

        Holders of Temporary Visitor Visa (also referred to as tourist visa) who have stayed in the Philippines for six (6) months or more;
        Holders of expired or downgraded Immigrant or Non-Immigrant Visas;
        Holders of valid Immigrant or Non-Immigrant Visas but are leaving for good;
        Philippine-born foreign nationals who will depart from the Philippines for the first time;
        Holders of Temporary Visitor Visa with Orders to Leave;
        Bona fide seafarers who have stayed in the Philippines for 30 days or more and has a duly approved discharge from BI.

ECC-B is issued to departing holders of Immigrant and Non-Immigrant visas with valid ACR I-Cards and are leaving the country temporarily.

    When should I apply for an ECC?
    A foreign national may apply for an ECC at least 72 hours prior to his/her departure from the Philippines.

    Does the ECC have validity? Will I be able to use this multiple times?
The ECC is valid for one (1) month from the date of issue, however, you may only use this once regardless of its validity.

Ik heb die vraag ook gesteld toen ik aan mijn 13A begon. Het antwoord was dat je niet zomaar het land uitkan terwijl de aanvraag loopt. Je moet toestemming vragen aan de BI om het land te verlaten. Je zal moeten uitleggen waarom je nu het land will verlaten. Mijn excuse was "werk". Ik heb maar rustig afgewacht tot ik mijn 13A had.... ongeveer 2 maanden tussen start en uitreiking.

Als je een toeristen visum heb dan moet je die ecc bij bureau of immigration ophalen.

Heb je een 13a visum dan haal je die ecc op het vliegveld.

Voor toeristen langer dan 6 maanden in het land, voor 13a altijd als je het land uitgaat.
Als je tijdens de 13a aanvraag het land uitgaat vervalt je aanvraag. Dat was tenminste vroeger zo.

Thanks, dat wist ik dus niet. Ik ben gewoon bij toeval op die pagina terecht gekomen waar dit beschreven staat.
En, zoals gewoonlijk, is de info ook niet kompleet.
Maar nu ben ik gewaarschuwd, ik blijf lekker in de Filippijnen. Zowiezo geen zin in die lange vlucht, moet dan ook nog accomodatie regelen in NL, het is daar straks winter, als ik het nieuws kijk is het ook een aaneenschakeling van geklaag, steekpartijen en wat al niet meer.
Ik stel het wel uit, minstens totdat ik m'n 13A heb.

Hi, is er nog geen zicht op wanneer we weer gewoon naar the Philippines kunnen.....       ik heb geen binding met het land maar ga gewoon als toerist...veerheen 3 maanden per jaar maar nu heb ik geen enkel idee wanneer ik weer als gast terecht kan.
Liever daar in de winter dan hier....

Het is zover duidelijk:niemand die het weet.

Alles valt of staat met de vaccinaties en het afnemende aantal besmetiingen zodat de gezondheidszorg ontlast wordt.
Dan maar hopen dat een groot deel van de bevolking zich laat inenten want anders duurt het nog wel tot in 2022 voor we weer redelijk terug zijn op het oude niveau.
Nog afgezien van wat de evt bijeffecten zullen zijn als er massaal gespoten gaat worden
