CEB offers domestic seat sale as low as P399; Clark to Bangkok for only P1,499

MANILA, Philippines — Cebu Pacific (CEB), the Philippines' largest national flag carrier, is holding a seat sale to Bangkok and traditional Philippine bus routes from November 19-22, 2010 or until seats last, for travel from January 1-March 31, 2011.

Guests traveling from Clark to Bangkok can avail of P1,499 "Go Lite'' seat sale fares, which are 57% less than the lowest year-round fare for this route. Those going to Bangkok from Manila can avail of P1,999 "Go Lite'' fares.

CEB also encourages air travel for guests going from Manila to Cauayan, Laoag, Legazpi, Naga, San Jose and Tuguegarao with a P399 "Go Lite'' seat sale. The same goes for those traveling from Davao to Cagayan de Oro.

Passengers with check-in luggage will just add P100 upon booking.

"To better serve our guests, CEB is increasing its Manila-Bangkok flights to 10 times weekly starting early next year. Its four times weekly Manila-San Jose flights will also be upgraded from a 72-seater ATR 72-500 to a 156-seater Airbus A319," said CEB VP for Marketing and Distribution Candice Iyog.

"We hope this seat sale will encourage guests going to Bangkok and on traditional bus routes to book in advance to avail of CEB's trademark low fares. CEB remains consistent in offering the lowest fares in all the routes it operates," she added.

"Guests without credit cards can also book online and use our payment centers to pay. These centers include Bancnet online, LBC, Megalink, and partner banks Metrobank, BDO and Robinsons Savings Bank," Iyog said.
