'Foute naam op ticket melkkoe'

Veel vliegmaatschappijen hanteren volgens onderzoek van de bond te hoge kosten voor het wijzigen van een naam op het ticket. ,,Dat varieert van 20 tot 160 euro. Ook tariefverschillen en telefoonkosten worden vaak in rekening gebracht. Dat doolhof moet stoppen." Aanbevolen wordt om eventuele fouten bij de boeking zo snel mogelijk, binnen 24 uur, te herstellen bij de betreffende reisagent.

Er worden juridische stappen tegen de luchtvaart voorbereid. ,,We krijgen klachten over extreme meerkosten die de reizigers moeten betalen bij simpele foutjes. Dat zijn onredelijk bezwarende bedingen, ofwel geldklopperij", laat ReisRecht-directeur Marinus Hoorntje weten.

NAIA (MANILA AIRPORT): AIRLINES' NEW TERMINAL ASSIGNMENTS

The changes were reported by PTV, the government-owned television network. Effective August 31, 2018, the terminal assignments will be the following:

Ik heb de datum gebruikt die wij in de Filipijnen zijn. Ze vliegen dus nog wel op Manila.
